The connected account's. Get API Account Status returns the remaining API credits, the refill schedule, and the account's features, so Lyro can check headroom before Start Test or Retest Report consumes another one. A run of tests is planned against that balance rather than started blind.

Is a report ready as soon as Lyro starts a test?

No. Start Test queues the test and returns something that has to be polled: Get Test Details reports its state and configuration, and Get Report returns the metrics and timing data once the run is complete. Lyro waits for that rather than reporting a half-finished number.

Can Lyro test from any location we ask for?

Only the ones your account can reach. Get Locations returns the available test locations with their supported browsers and access status, and Get Location Details adds region, IP addresses, and access permissions. A location that is out of reach is visible before a test is queued against it.

What does a retest actually reuse?

Retest Report re-runs a completed report using exactly the same analysis parameters as the original - same location, browser, and throttling. That is what keeps a before-and-after comparison like-for-like, rather than accidentally measuring a config change alongside the code change you meant to test.
