Is there a rate limit on reading extraction results?

Yes. Get Batch Results asks for at least two seconds between consecutive requests to avoid rate-limiting, and a batch still processing can return empty or incomplete data. Lyro spaces its polling accordingly instead of hammering the endpoint until results appear.

How does Extracta.ai count usage?

Per page: one credit equals one page of document processing. Get Credits returns the current balance on the account, so Lyro can check there is enough headroom before submitting a batch that would run past it.

What exactly does deleting a classification remove?

Delete Classification permanently removes the entire classification process, including every associated batch, result and uploaded file, and it cannot be undone. Delete Extraction is narrower and idempotent - it removes one extraction job and its configuration, and repeating the call with the same ID does not error.

Can a job be changed after it has been set up?

Yes, and without rebuilding it. Update Extraction modifies only the fields you send - name, description, language, fields to extract, processing options - and leaves the rest untouched. Update Classification does the same for document types, their keywords and their linked extraction templates.
