Extracta.ai MCP integration
Configures extraction and classification jobs, retrieves batch results with their processing status, and clears jobs and credits down after.
10actions available
Three actions you can hand over today
Every action runs live through MCP. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.
Update extraction
Lyro modifies the parameters of an existing document extraction process. The changes apply to all future extractions from that configuration.
Get batch results
Lyro retrieves the extracted data for a batch of documents you submitted. Results are ready to use, export, or validate.
Get credits
Lyro checks your current credit balance on the Extracta account. You see how many documents you can still process before running out.
How businesses use Extracta.ai + Lyro
Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Extracta.ai actions Lyro runs to close it.
Define what a document extraction should capture
Lyro creates the extraction configuration - the fields to pull such as names, dates and amounts, the language, and processing options like table extraction or handwriting recognition - then reads it back to confirm.
Create ExtractionView ExtractionGet CreditsCollect the results of a processed batch
Lyro retrieves the extracted data for every file in a batch alongside its processing status, and checks the extraction's own batch status when a run looks like it is still going.
Get Batch ResultsView ExtractionTeach the system which document types to expect
Lyro sets up a classification listing each possible document type with its description and unique words, then adjusts those keywords and their linked extraction templates as real documents arrive.
Create ClassificationUpdate ClassificationView ClassificationClear finished jobs and the files behind them
Lyro checks the remaining page credits before committing to a run, and permanently removes an extraction job, or an entire classification with its batches, results and uploaded files, once the work is done.

How it works
Get started in 3 steps
Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Lyro reads the Extracta.ai actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.
- 01
Connect Extracta.ai
Authorize the Extracta.ai account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Lyro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.
- 02
Tell your agent what you need
Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Lyro maps it to the Extracta.ai actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.
- 03
Watch it work
The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.

Everything else about Extracta.ai
Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Extracta.ai.
Yes. Get Batch Results asks for at least two seconds between consecutive requests to avoid rate-limiting, and a batch still processing can return empty or incomplete data. Lyro spaces its polling accordingly instead of hammering the endpoint until results appear.

The tools Extracta.ai sits next to
Same connection, same setup. Pick the next one your team already uses.
Boldsign
Sends documents for signature, tracks where any of them stand, extends missed expiry dates, and manages brand-scoped custom fields.
Docmosis
Inventories templates and images, inspects a template's fields and conditions, reports quota and queue capacity, and clears stale files.
Docuseal
Sends signature requests from a template or a raw PDF, reports which submitter is holding one up, and re-sends the request with fields pre-filled.
Google Drive
Finds files people describe rather than name, writes documents into the right folder, grants access on request, and keeps folders tidy.
Parseur
Sends documents in for parsing, explains why one came back stuck, reprocesses a batch after a template change, and routes the parsed data onward.
Signwell
Sends a document or template out for signature, reports who has signed, chases the ones who have not, and cancels a request that should stop.
