Yes. List Documents covers My Documents, List Team Documents covers everything a team or account admin can see, and List Behalf Documents covers documents sent on behalf of other users, so the agreement is found regardless of who dispatched it.

A customer says their signing link expired. Can Lyro fix that?

Extend Document Expiry prolongs a document's deadline before signing, so the date moves out in the conversation rather than requiring a fresh send. Edit Document (Beta) covers the heavier case where files, recipients, or settings also need changing.

Should Lyro be allowed to remove signer authentication?

Treat that one as privileged. Remove Document Authentication disables signer authentication on an existing document before signing, which lowers the bar for who can sign it, so it belongs behind an approval. Sending, listing, and extending expiry are safe to leave open.

How does Lyro know we still have BoldSign API credits?

Get API Credits Count returns the remaining credit balance on the connected account, so Lyro can check before it sends rather than discovering the shortfall when a send fails halfway through a conversation.
