What does the KYB v2 check cover that the standard one does not?

Verify Business Identity runs TIN verification, SSN verification, watchlist screening, and a business bankruptcy check in a single call. KYB Business Verification queries Enigma's dataset of legal entities from official state records to verify business information, without that additional layer.

Are screening decisions available on every Enigma account?

No. Get Screening Decision requires case management to be enabled on the account, returning a decision's status, alert status, assignee, and timestamps. Where case management is off, Screen Against Sanctions and Watchlists still runs a screen independently, with no external resource IDs required.

What happens with a request that takes a long time to run?

It becomes a background task. Get Background Task Status returns the progress and results of an operation started earlier, and Get List Materialization does the same for a list being built, reporting status, progress, and where the results sit. Get Account Information covers credit availability and the plan behind it.
