Do edits come back instantly?

Not always. Image AI Edit Async submits a text-driven edit and returns a job to poll, and CLAID Image Edit Batch is asynchronous by design, so Lyro starts the job and reports back on completion rather than holding the conversation open.

Can Lyro upscale an image?

Not on its own. There is no upscale action in this toolkit. Polish Image applies restoration that sharpens and cleans while preserving the original structure and is intended for images that have already been upscaled, and Generative Resize expands the canvas rather than the resolution.

What is the license plate blur for?

CLAID License Plate Blur detects vehicle registration plates in an image and obscures them, which is what a car marketplace or a property listing needs before publishing user-submitted photos. Lyro can run it in the same pass that removes a background or frames the shot.
