  • No. This toolkit covers the list and reporting side - Create Contact, Unsubscribe Contact, Get Lists, Get Messages, Get Message Statistics, and Get Reports. There is no send action, so composing and dispatching a campaign stays in Campayn while the audience and results stay in reach.

  • Unsubscribe Contact accepts either a contact ID or an email address, and the behaviour differs: with an ID only that one contact is unsubscribed, with an email address every matching contact is. Delete Contact removes the record permanently when that is what someone asks for.

  • Yes. Create Contact adds a contact to a specific list rather than to the account at large, so Lyro calls Get Lists first to resolve the list ID, then Get Contacts on that list to check the person is not already on it.

  • Get Message Statistics returns engagement for one message ID as views, positive responses meaning clicks, and negative responses meaning unsubscribes and bounces. Get Reports adds delivery data for sent and scheduled emails, optionally filtered by a Unix timestamp date range.
