How does Lyro handle an unsubscribe request made in chat?

Unsubscribe Contact accepts either a contact ID or an email address, and the behaviour differs: with an ID only that one contact is unsubscribed, with an email address every matching contact is. Delete Contact removes the record permanently when that is what someone asks for.

Does Lyro need to know which list to add a contact to?

Yes. Create Contact adds a contact to a specific list rather than to the account at large, so Lyro calls Get Lists first to resolve the list ID, then Get Contacts on that list to check the person is not already on it.

How detailed is the reporting Lyro can quote?
