Can Lyro create an audit or tick off a checklist item in 21RISK?

No. Every action in this toolkit is a read from the OData API, covering compliance, items, reports, properties, risk models and organisations, so Lyro can report on compliance but cannot create audits, update checklists, or assign actions. Those changes still happen in 21RISK itself.

How does Lyro narrow a result set that would otherwise be huge?

With the same OData parameters the API takes: $filter, $select, $orderby, $top, $skip, $count, and maxPageSizeInMb. Get Items accepts a filter such as item cost greater than 100 together with $top=50, so a request returns a page rather than an entire fact table.

Is any part of this data marked unstable?

Get Items is labelled BETA in the toolkit, so its response shape can change in ways the other endpoints should not. Item-level answers are useful, but worth confirming in 21RISK before they go into a report an auditor will read.

Which sites and organisations can Lyro actually see?

Whatever the connected 21RISK credentials are authorised for. Get Organizations enumerates the organisations available after authentication, and every other action is filtered by that same access, so a site outside the connected account's scope simply does not appear.
