The computer and command values have to match the identifiers returned by List TriggerCMD Computers and List TriggerCMD Commands V2 exactly - an approximate name fails silently rather than hitting something else. Lyro resolves both from the account before it triggers anything.

Can Lyro create a new command or install something on a machine?

No. Commands are defined in the TriggerCMD agent on each computer, and this toolkit only lists and triggers what is already configured there. That configuration step stays a deliberate human decision on the machine itself.

What is a panel button, and why would Lyro trigger one instead of a command?

Panels group related commands so they can be run as a set. Trigger Panel Button executes a command that belongs to a panel, which is the cleaner route when a request maps to a routine your team already grouped rather than to one isolated command.

Which computers can Lyro reach?

Only those registered to the TriggerCMD account whose token is connected. The listing actions authenticate with that token and return that account's machines, so a computer belonging to a different account is not visible or triggerable.
