Can Lyro deploy a smart contract through Starton?

No. The toolkit exposes Get Templates for browsing the library and Get Smart Contracts for what already exists, but no deploy action. Lyro can prepare and report on a deployment while the deploy itself stays in Starton's own console or API.

What is Lyro actually able to change in Starton?

Two things. Upload File to IPFS adds a file to the project's IPFS storage, and Delete Smart Contract Event removes an event watcher by its ID. Every other action in the toolkit reads: contracts, templates, watchers, and webhooks.

Does Lyro confirm a watcher before deleting it?

Delete Smart Contract Event takes a specific watcher ID, so Lyro resolves it first with Get Webhooks and reads the configuration back with Get Watcher before removing anything. The toolkit offers no undo, which is why that confirmation step exists.

Can Lyro work across more than one Starton project?

Yes, within the reach of the credentials you connect. Get Smart Contracts accepts an optional project ID filter, so a lookup can be scoped to a single project or run across the projects those credentials cover.
