How many images can Lyro optimize in one request?

Optimize Images by URL accepts up to 100 URLs per request, with a choice of lossy, glossy, or lossless compression. Images that are not publicly reachable go through Upload and Optimize Images instead, which sends the file itself as multipart form data.

We replaced a file but kept the same URL, so why does the old version come back?

ShortPixel keys the processing queue on the URL. Clean Up Image removes that entry, which is what allows a different file at the same address to be optimized rather than served from the earlier result.

What is the difference between adding and setting a CDN domain?

Add CDN Domain registers a new domain in the CDN and ties it to your API key. Set CDN Domain does not create anything - it only associates the key with a domain that already exists. Revoke CDN Domain works only when the API key belongs to the current domain owner.

Can a bulk purge be undone?

No. Bulk Purge ShortPixel Storage removes every file held on ShortPixel's storage servers for that domain, and no action in the toolkit restores them - the images have to be optimized again from source. It is the one action worth keeping behind a human confirmation.
