No. This toolkit manages dynamic campaigns, prospects, and webhooks. There is no action to record a video, trigger a send, or pull engagement analytics, so Lyro sets the campaign up and confirms who is in it while the recording and sending stay in Sendspark.

Do bulk prospect adds cost anything?

They can. Sendspark documents Add Multiple Prospects to Dynamic Campaign as an action to run after confirming the associated charges, since each added prospect means another personalized video rendered. It is worth putting a human approval in front of large adds.

What happens if Lyro deletes a webhook that is already gone?

Nothing breaks. Delete Webhook is idempotent - deleting a non-existent webhook returns success as long as the workspace ID is supplied. Only a malformed webhook ID returns an error, which is why Lyro always scopes the call to a workspace.

Does Lyro need a workspace before it can do anything here?

Yes. Campaigns, prospects, and webhooks are all workspace-scoped in Sendspark, so every action resolves a workspace ID first. That also bounds what Lyro can reach: it sees the campaigns in the workspaces the connected credentials cover and no others.
