Can Lyro actually plant trees or place an order through this integration?

No. The toolkit exposes four actions - Create User, Get Marketing Preferences, Get Total Carbon Offset and List Projects - and none of them buys or plants anything. Lyro can tell a customer which projects are available and what has already been planted, then hand a purchase request to a human agent.

Does Lyro need someone's consent before creating a More Trees user?

Yes. Create User only succeeds when the terms and conditions flag is set, so Lyro can create the record after the person agrees, not before. Get Marketing Preferences supplies the valid preference options rather than Lyro guessing them.

How much detail does Lyro get about the planting projects themselves?

List Projects returns each active project's name, ID, description, country, project type, supplier and available tree species. That is enough for Lyro to answer where trees are planted and which species are on offer without an agent opening the dashboard.
