Can Lyro send an SMS or an OTP code through Mocean?

Not with this toolkit. The only SMS action is Query SMS Message Status V2, which checks delivery of a message by msgid after it was sent elsewhere, and there is no verification or OTP action at all. Outbound messaging here runs over WhatsApp Send Message V2 or a voice dial.

Which WhatsApp message types can Lyro send?

WhatsApp Send Message V2 covers text, media, template, reaction, and interactive messages. That means Lyro can reply with a document or image, use a pre-approved template where WhatsApp requires one, and post interactive prompts rather than plain text only.

Can Lyro end a call that is already in progress?

Yes. Voice Hangup V2 terminates an active call immediately by its call UUID. Voice Download Recording V2 works the other way round - it retrieves audio for a call that has already completed, so a recording is not available mid-call.

What does the incoming WhatsApp webhook actually return?

The full raw payload, including message_id, event_type, and event_data. Nothing is filtered out before Lyro sees it, which is what makes it usable for downstream parsing as well as for deciding how to answer.
