By lead hash, which is the MD5 of the email address rather than the address itself. Get Lead and Delete MailBluster Lead both take that hash, so the address has to be hashed before a lookup or a deletion - a plain email will not resolve to the record.

Can Lyro send a MailBluster campaign?

No. This toolkit covers leads, orders, products, and custom fields, and exposes no action that sends or schedules a campaign. Lyro keeps the audience and purchase data behind a campaign accurate, and the send itself happens in MailBluster where the campaign was written.
