Verify Batch of Emails takes up to 3000 addresses per call and returns a list_id for tracking the batch. Anything larger goes through the chunked upload path instead: Start Upload initialises it and Upload Chunk sends each part with a sequence number and an optional MD5 checksum for integrity.
