Lyro pulls the list of recorded calls stored in a Gong folder for a rep to review. Reps find the right call recording without searching Gong manually.
Delete meeting
Lyro removes a meeting that was created through Gong's Meetings API when it's no longer needed. Nobody has to hunt down and clean up a stray calendar entry by hand.
Set user call access
Lyro grants a specific user access to a Gong call recording on request. Managers can share a sensitive call with one teammate without opening it up to everyone.

No. Gong does the recording; Lyro reads what Gong captured through Get Call By ID and Get Call Transcript, and can register a call that happened elsewhere with Add New Call or attach a file with Add Call Media. There is no action that places or joins a call.
