Up to 365 days in one call. Get Time Series takes a start and end date inclusive and caps the span at a year, so a longer history is answered across several calls rather than one request that Fixer.io would reject.

What stops Lyro quoting a currency Fixer.io does not carry?

Get Supported Symbols returns every available currency code with its name, so Lyro resolves what the customer wrote - a country name, an ambiguous symbol - against that list before calling Convert Currency, instead of returning an error for an unrecognised code.
