Rendering itself happens in DynaPictures, so Lyro prepares what a template draws on and reports which templates are ready, rather than producing the image.

Why is one of our templates missing from the list Lyro returns?

List Templates only returns templates that are both marked ready and have the Sync to Zapier checkbox enabled. A template that exists in DynaPictures but never appears in Lyro's answer almost always needs that box ticked rather than rebuilding.

What exactly is lost when Lyro deletes a workspace?

Everything in it: templates, media library assets, and any generated images. DynaPictures treats the deletion as permanent with no undo, so it is worth handling as a request a person explicitly confirms rather than a routine cleanup instruction.

Which DynaPictures workspaces can Lyro see?

The ones tied to the API key behind the connection. List Workspaces returns the workspaces the authenticated user is a member of, so an agency running separate keys per client keeps each client's templates and media out of the others' results.
