Why does Lyro list forms before it can read submissions?

List Form Submissions takes the form's 32-character hex key, not the numeric ID that appears elsewhere. List Forms is what resolves that key, so the lookup runs in two steps rather than one and cannot be pointed at the wrong form by a mistyped number.

Can a deleted form be recovered?

No. Delete Form permanently removes a form by its alphanumeric key and the action is irreversible. Reading the responses out with List Form Submissions first is the only way to keep what the form collected.

If Lyro disconnects an integration, do we lose the responses it delivered?

Delete Integration removes the integration configuration by its ID - the Slack, Google Sheets, or Stripe connection stops receiving new submissions. The submissions themselves stay in CabinPanda and are still readable through List Form Submissions.

How does Lyro know what our CabinPanda workspace can do?

Get Profile returns the authenticated user's account details together with workspace information, available features, and usage statistics. That is how a question about what the plan allows gets answered from the account rather than from an assumption.
